This Thursday, the 25th of August, the SOUND WEST conference day will be held at CommBank Stadium in Parramatta. The conference will bring a shining light on the hotbed of talent coming from Parramatta and Greater Western Sydney.
Amongst the speakers will be the rapper Masked Wolf, Dylan Alcott AO, Fred Schebesta (founder of Finder), Fonzie Gomez (TikTok creator) and many more. The founders of LinkTree will be there, giving their valuable insights. There are 35 keynote sessions and workshops scheduled throughout the day.
The sessions are wide and diverse. You will be able to learn how to create and sell NFTs. There are Spotify workshops, a Red Bull Gaming Zone and BMW Parramatta Activations. And yes, you can attend a TikTok workshop.
The conference is a full day of activities, providing ample opportunities for tech brands, artists, creators and entrepreneurs to learn, network and connect.

This day of sessions is part of the broader Sound West event – running in Parramatta from the 20th to the 28th of August. Sound West is a week-long event bringing together artists, innovators, creators and entrepreneurs in a series of conferences and live events. It has been brought together by the NSW Government via its tourism and major events agency Destination NSW, together with the City of Parramatta
Venues hosting events include the Parra Leagues club, Lennox Bridge, Riverside Theatre, Albion Hotel, Park Royal, Butter Parramatta and Comm Bank Stadium.
