What music or artists inspired you?
A combination of modern garage rock bands like Black Lips, The Strange Boys, Dead Ghosts… and classic rock’n’roll from the 50s, 60s and 70s. We’re pretty stuck on the Beatles, Beach Boys, the Stones, the Kinks etc.
How did the band get started?
Three of us used to work together and had dreams of forming a band. We had a jam one sunny weekend and formed the band straight away. The lineup was completed shortly after. It’s been nothing but man love since then.
How would you best describe your live show:
Four dirty, no good, good for nothings havin’ a quite lovely time tryin’ to make ya dance.
What shows do you have coming up?
The final show of our national tour will be held at The Odd Fellow in Fremantle. We’ve got Doctopus and The Spunloves supporting us. Both really excellent bands.
Keep an eye on Facebook for more dates.
Tell us about your latest release:
We just released our first, self titled, album and we’re really proud of it. It’s thirty minutes of party time garage rock with some surf and doo-wop thrown in. Plus, it’s a guaranteed good time. Out now. Hot.
Where can I get your music?
You can find it on iTunes, Spotify etc. or come to a show cos we’re selling them dirt cheap. CDs will be available at Bandcamp too.
