What music or artists inspired you?
Bands like Tom Petty, Ryan Adams and The Maine. Not only because of their music, but because they stood up for their fans and they continue to keep things interesting and unique, we envy that immensely.

How did the band get started?
My previous band had disbanded in the summer of 2013 so I decided to do my own thing regardless of having a band. I packed it up and spent a week in LA recording 5 tracks with producer Matt Grabe. By early 2014 I had put together what is now Redlands.

How would you best describe your live show:
I think it’s safe to say we bring the energy!

What shows do you have coming up?
July 24th / CO / Summit Music Hall
July 31st / UT / The Metro Bar
Aug 1st / UT / Warped Tour (Acoustic)
Aug 2nd / CO / Warped Tour (Battle Of The Bands)
Sep 26th / CO / M City Lounge
Keep an eye on Facebook for more dates.

Tell us about your latest release:
I spent two weeks recording Adventurer in Phoenix, AZ with Sean and Alex Silverman of This Century and produced it with Matt Malpass this last year and it was an experience I will never forget. The vibes we got were real and everything about the record was something I was trying to express at that moment in my life.
