Chris Cornell – MELBOURNE
Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell is currently in Australia for a solo acoustic tour that will be coming through Melbourne this weekend! Supported by Gang of Youths vocalist David Le’aupepe (also performing in acoustic mode), Cornell’s solo shows are going to be seeing the US musician going through his favourite songs in some gorgeous reworked style. Don’t miss the opportunity to hear that voice against some stripped back arrangements!

Mew – BRISBANE
Mew made their debut appearance in Australia the other night with a show in Sydney that was most certainly not to be fucked with. The Danish act wowed the crowd and made sure the long wait had been worth it. This weekend, the show comes to Brisbane, with Mew heading to Max Watt’s in West End with their latest release +-, as well as a huge body of work ready to be shown off…finally!

MONO – SYDNEY
Japanese legends MONO play two shows in Sydney to meet demand this weekend. Hitting the stage at the Newtown Social Club, the band will be supported by We Lost the Sea and Serious Beak. Bringing with them an impressive catalogue of music, this show is not to be missed.

The Plot Festival – SYDNEY
The Plot kicks off in Parramatta Park in Sydney this Saturday, with a line up to be envied. Featured artists who have had a stellar 2015 including Tkay Maidza, Urthboy, Tuka, Art vs Science, Spit Syndicate and more, The Plot is set to be a killer day out in the summer for all you Sydney music lovers. Jaala – MELBOURNE
Purely intoxicating, is the appeal of Melbourne’s Jaala. Truly a break out talent of this year, we’re very keen to see where the four piece goes next year with some excellent sounds up their sleeve. Jaala plays the John Curtain Bandroom on Saturday night to launch their debut album Hard Hold, supported by Hiatus Kaiyote side project Swooping Duck and Kirkis.
