One of Brisbane’s most popular new live music venues, The Foundry, celebrates one year on the block with a birthday party you’re most definitely going to want to be at. With the front stage headlined by Velociraptor and featuring Straight Arrows and Whalehouse, the back stage of the venue will see the likes of Astro Travellers, Golden Vessel and YUUCA take the reins!
It’s a big celebration for the venue, as well as the upstairs Foundry Studios. Developed into a creative hub for the local industry, the studios have opened its arms to Brisbane’s musicians, labels, community radio and more. Foundry Studios is currently home to the likes of Mucho Bravado, Smack Face Records, 4zzz, Mitzi, the Jungle Love Festival, The Creases, bedlam records and more. Talk about an impressive stock!
Tickets for The Foundry’s first birthday party can be purchased via Oztix, with the first release of tickets going for $20 (plus booking fee), while the second release rise slightly, to $25 (plus booking fee).
