Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been asking our musical friends about their favourite music – and favourite musical moments – from the last 5 years. Thanks to our friends at Guvera, we’ve compiled some of these songs into a special playlist. Come and join us! Let’s look back at some of the best moments – according to their fellow musicians, anyway – from the last five years… You can head to Guvera.com and check out our playlist HERE.
In related news, Guvera, Australia’s own music streaming service, has announced a number of great improvements to its service over the last month. Guvera now offers customers a web, mobile (Android or IOS) or Ipad experience with on-demand access to millions of songs.
A recent collaboration with Omnifone, an independent provider of global cloud based digital music services has seen Guvera add an additional 7 million tracks to its ever-expanding library.
This means content from all the major music labels in Australia along with key independent labels Liberation, Valleyarm, Orchard and Ingrooves areis now readily available. Streaming is unlimited, meaning you can now enjoy hours of listening every day with all the latest music available along with a deep selection in the library.
Guvera offers its customers a unique choice in the Australian market place. Consumers can either select an ad-funded option at no cost across web, mobile or Ipad, or an ad free option from $11.99 (through Guvera.com) or $14.99 through the IOS app store. Both options offer unlimited streaming.
Recently launched in August is the iPad app, including a new user interface that is far more intuitive and easy to use. Search and discover functionality is superior in speed and new navigation tools make it easier to make playlists, play off line tracks and choose from multiple provided playlists that are continually being updated.
Moving forward the user interface is going to be further improved with even more exciting changes including music news, reviews and artists pages. We at the AU are looking forward to seeing all these updates! Stay tuned for more!
