The 2016 SA Music Awards is taking on a bit of a different format this year, switching things up from last year’s ceremony and after party, instead opting for a more formal soiree. Celebrating SA music and the talent surging ahead and making an impact nationally and in some cases, abroad, the second annual SA Music Awards will be held at the Norwood Concert Hall on November 11th. A formal, seated event, the ceremony will come with a long-table three course dinner and live entertainment on offer as part of proceedings.
Live performances will be scheduled through the event by 2016’s nominees, as well as a performance by the Ross McHenry-assembled Adelaide All-Star Band. The band will be putting their own spin on the nominated songs for the 2016 Best Song Award.
