Some of Australia’s top chefs are joining together for an epic fundraising dinner in memory of the late Jeremy Strode, the talented and widely loved chef who is best known for his work at The Fish Shop and Bistrode CBD. As a testament to his influence on this country’s hospitality industry, the dinner will feature some of the most highly regarded and exciting chefs in the country, all coming together to raise money for Jeremy’s wife and sons.
Hosted at ivy ballroom on Tuesday 27th March, The Strode Family Dinner will be hosted by ABC’s Simon Marnie and feature a menu prepared by fourteen chefs who are all donating their time and expertise in honour of a man they all loved and admired. This includes Christine Manfield, Colin Fassnidge, Dan Hong, Dan Hunter, Danielle Alvarez, Darren Robertson, Jonathan Thorne, Lauren Murdoch, Lorraine Godsmark, Mark Le Brooy, Martin Benn, Martin Boetz, Morgan McGlone, and Peter Doyle.
That’s a hugely impressive list right there, spanning restaurants like 4Fourteen, Mr Wong, Brae, Fred’s, Three Blue Ducks, Sepia, Belles Hot Chicken, and est.
