Archie Rose launch pop-up cocktail bar in Sydney Airport

The ever-busy crew at Archie Rose have officially launched a sixteen-seat temporary cocktail bar in Sydney Airport’s International Terminal. Open for the next four months, the Archie Rose Cocktail Bar will be serving up classics and signatures to help frantic passengers de-stress pre-boarding.

Expect a menu of martinis, manhattans, and a few Archie Rose signatures made with the distillery’s award-winning gins, vodkas and whiskies – a collection which also includes the newly released Archie Rose x Sydney Opera House Outside and Inside Gins.

“Celebrating Sydney and Australia lies at the heart of everything we do,” said Archie Rose founder, Will Edwards. “We can’t wait to treat passengers who pass through Sydney Airport’s International Terminal this summer to world-class cocktails made from gin, vodka and whisky produced just down the road at our distillery in Rosebery, Sydney.”

“We’ve built this cocktail bar to give passengers a truly unique Sydney hospitality experience,” says Head of Hospitality, Harriet Leigh. “We’ll be serving an incredible revolving drinks menu, designed by the Archie Rose Bar team, that treats people to a world-class cocktail experience before they board.

The bar will only be open from now until February 2020, so if you’ve got any long-hauls ahead of you, make sure you rock up early and enjoy some craft tipples before the flight. The Archie Rose Cocktail Bar found at B1045 T1 International, after security, just near Kitchen By Mike, Joe The Juice and Heineken House.
