Health and wellness specialist, Jessica Sepel, in conjunction with Art Series Hotel Group, have created a series of health and wellness events at The Larwill in Melbourne, The Watson in Adelaide and The Johnson in Brisbane. Set in some of Art Series’ more bespoke venues, the events guide guests to The JS Health Program, Sepel’s notes for healthy living, and her latest book, Living The Healthy Life, which offer healthy living principles.
Each workshop will cover all things health and wellness. They include a 30 minute yoga and meditation session led by Power Living, as well as an extensive Q+A session, and exploring the JS Health principles to help in committing to a healthier, more balanced and sustainable way of eating, moving and living. There will also be a cooking demonstration using recipes from Sepel’s book. Brunch or afternoon tea are provided, as well as a gift pack.
According to Sepel, the program is accessible for anyone, regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. “The JSHealth Program is ideal for anyone who wants to embrace healthy living – whether they’ve dipped their toes into the health world or not. In other words, it’s great for beginners as well as the already health-conscious – because we all have to start somewhere”.
