Belles Hot Chicken has officially launched a food truck (Melbourne)

Launched just a few weeks ago, the legendary Belles Hot Chicken has worked with Melbourne-based hospitality group 100 Burgers to officially squeeze into their very own food truck. The super popular chicken restaurant, which now has locations across Melbourne and Sydney, finally making the leap to mobile dining follows the appointment of Belles chef Morgan McGlone as Executive Chef across 100 Burgers’ portfolio of food trucks and restaurants.

The Nashville inspired chicken truck has joined the neighbourhood over at food truck park Welcome to Thornbury for now, parking up alongside the likes of Mr Burger and Roadrunner Fried Chicken as regulars.

“I’ve been a longtime fan of Belles Hot Chicken, so when the opportunity to collaborate with Morgan was presented, it was a no brainer”, said 100 Burgers co-founder Daragh Kan. “We’ve got the team and resources in place to support Morgan and help him rollout his food vision across the various brands. It’s a great match, and we couldn’t be more excited to launch the first Belles food truck”.

Though the best place to find the truck is at Welcome to Thornbury now Melbourne locals should keep their eyes peeled for the truck throughout the city.
