On the food side of things, Meatstock Melbourne has managed to secure stalls from the likes of Fancy Hanks (of course) who will be collaboration with Red Gum BBQ, Sydney queue king Burgers by Josh, Smokin’ Grill Barbecue, Burn City Smokers who will partner with Jack the Ribber, Rangers Texas BBQ, Parilla Argenchino, Big Smoke BBQ in partnership with Boomtown Barbecue, The Real Jerk Food Truck, and a collaboration between Chrissy’s Cuts and Limbrisket.
“Melbourne’s BBQ and music scene is right up there with the best in the world and we can’t wait to showcase to the public this highly passionate community in one big music and barbecue festival”, said Festival Director Simon Luke, proudly touting the epic lineup he and his team have put together to round up what will be two days of competitions, demonstrations, workshops, barbers, bourbon, butchers, craft beer, and just general celebration of all thing meats.
