Sydney’s beloved Chiswick now has its own flavour-packed home menu, curating some of the kitchen’s most reliable meals to at-home diners across the city. Dinner specials created by Matt Moran feature alongside new desserts, salads, roasts, and of course Chiswick’s signature lamb.
The menu will be available for pick up from the Woollahra restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday, making it particularly valuable for a mid-week dinner of weekend lunch. Specific options include free-range roasted chicken with gravy and sides of rosemary, garlic roasted potatoes and a leafy Chiswick salad; house-made ricotta and house-cured salmon with pickled fennel in a ruby grapefruit dressing; and Chiswick lamb shoulder paired with sides of roasted pumpkin, gremolata, roasted beetroot, preserved lemon, and Persian feta salad, accompanied by woodfired flatbread and a dessert of apple and rhubarb crumble.
“We wanted to come as close as we could to recreating that wonderful Chiswick experience,” said Moran. “This is a menu that captures the feeling of a meal at Chiswick, ready to pick up, take home and feed your family. Chiswick is what I would call “the local” and we’re thrilled to be able to invite the community in again to pick up their favourite dishes and share them with their families at home.”
Moran has even added a few dishes inspired by his other award-winning restaurant, Aria. This includes a fresh take on the restaurant’s beloved pie, here recreated as a duck, chicken and pea pie in a glossy puff pastry, available to serve two or four.
Ready-to-drink cocktails and a sizable list of wines curated by sommelier Eleonore Wulf are also being offered for at-home dining. Wulf suggests starting your meal with an elderflower spritz pack, then pairing the Chiswick lamb shoulder with a bottle of Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon from the Margaret River or the roasted chicken with a Petit Chablis.
The Chiswick at home menu is available Wednesday-Sunday with pickup between 5:30pm and 8pm. Lunch orders are available Saturday and Sunday between 11:30am and 2pm. Dinner orders can be placed until 10am on the same day. Weekend lunch orders can be placed until 5pm the day prior.
