Merivale’s newly formed “Just in Delivery” service is slowly bringing some of the group’s most popular venues back to life, offering menus so diners can enjoy almost-ready meals from the comfort of their homes. The new menus take in the likes of Bar Totti’s, Lotus 2.0, Mr Wong, Coogee Pavilion, and Merivale newcomer Jimmy’s Falafel, for which each respective team has put together various “meal boxes”.
As venues start to open up in very limited capacity, “Just in Delivery” will be an ideal way for more people to enjoy Merivale venues without having to head outside. It’s already proven a success with the initial line-up of Mr. Wong, Totti’s Bondi, Coogee Pavilion, The Paddington, and The Chicken Shop each curating signature dishes, wine and pre-batched cocktails designed to be easily prepared and enjoyed at home.
Jimmy’s Falafel will, as the name suggests, focus on Middle Eastern food and is open each weekday for takeaway lunch, with a menu sporting the likes of vegetarian pita, plates and wrap. City dwellers should also keep a keen eye on what Bar Totti’s puts on the menu, seeing as it has been one of the CBD’s most popular new openings. So far on the menu is their famed woodfired bread, house-made antipasti and grilled snacks for pick-up lunch.
Just In Delivery is built around the personal level of service and attention to detail the hospitality leader is renowned for. The service runs 5pm-9pm every night and 12pm-3pm on weekends, and pre-ordering is recommended. Further restaurants will be added to the delivery service very soon.
