Fort Denison will offer an exclusive island dining experience during Vivid Sydney

Fort Denison opens up to the public again during Vivid Sydney, as diners are given the opportunity to view the Sydney Harbour lights from the city’s only harbour island restaurant.

Dinner De-LIGHTS, at Fort Denison Restaurant will be back again on Friday and Saturday evenings during the Vivid Sydney festival, as well as the Sunday of the long weekend. The famed restaurant has just been named in the top five waterfront restaurants in the world, alongside Club Del Doge in Venice and River Café in New York.

The menu will be specially prepared by Head Chef Jay,  and will feature a delectable array of food for any palette or dietary requirement. There is also an extensive wine list for guests to choose from.

The two-course Dinner De-LIGHTS experience is $112.50 per person, and also includes a dedicated private return water taxi transfers to Man O’War Steps, park entry fee and a tour of the historic Martello Tower, the only one of its kind built in Australia, led by the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service.

Dinner De-LIGHTS at Fort Denison Restaurant runs from 27, 28 May and 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 17 & 18 June – dinner sittings are available at 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm and 8.00pm.
