In this fast changing environment, many people are looking towards expanding their entrepreneurial skills. Often though, the question is about how to start your journey. This April, Chivas Regal are hosting two valuable workshops featuring some of the nation’s most successful and creative entrepreneurs Geedup Co. and Serwah Attafuah.
These free workshops are taking place on Saturday, April 13 with Geedup Co. in Sydney and on Saturday, April 20 with Serwah Attafuah in Melbourne. Each workshop will have leaders from these industries sharing their knowledge and insights. Although free, you must register to attend. There is also a selection process.
For those that do attend in Sydney, expect to gain insight with Geedup Co. about crafting narrative-rich content, deciphering your brand’s values and target audience, and uncovering lessons of transitioning a brick-and-mortar store to a thriving online presence.
In Melbourne, Serwah Attafuah will be explaining her brand-building secrets. Move beyond superficial social media strategies and gain valuable insights into establishing a genuine online presence and brand identity. Discover how to leverage your community to build an expansive network and engage with your audience in a way that remains true to both you and your brand.
Geedup Co., originating from Western Sydney in 2010, has evolved into a globally sought-after fashion collective with offices in Sydney, London, and LA. Led by Jake Paco and Trevene Patrick, the brand collaborates with artists like Hooligan Hefs, Headie One, and Fat Joe, with ambitious growth plans.
Simultaneously, Serwah, a digital and NFT artist from Western Sydney, creates surreal cyber dreamscapes, with notable collaborations with Paris Hilton and Valentino, along with curating an NFT auction titled ‘Apotheosis’ and participating in diverse projects, including a TEDx talk on Metaverse and Afrofuturism.
Kristy Rutherford, Marketing Director – Pernod Ricard Pacific has this to say about the experience:
Chivas has been focused on championing unconventional pathways to success, putting the spotlight on those at the forefront of this change. We’re super excited to welcome some of Australia’s most creative and successful minds, who will be sharing their experience and knowledge to the next wave of cultural entrepreneurs
Chivas believes that blended is better, in life and in Scotch. Chivas’ belief in blending was instilled by founding brothers, James and John Chivas, who pioneered the art of blending in 19th century Scotland. Since then, Chivas has been integral to the growth of the Scotch whisky category worldwide – by bringing together the best malt and grain whiskies to create something extraordinary.
