Made by the Hill is Western Sydney’s new dining and social precinct (Sydney)

Rooty Hill RSL is ready to launch its new multi-million-dollar venture Made By The Hill. This new social space will open later this month, in hopes to become a local haven for foodies in Western Sydney. An official launch party, set for Made By the Hill will celebrate the opening with an official launch party over two nights on July 28 and 29.

“After more than 12 months of planning we are thrilled to open this huge new venue that is unlike anything else in Western Sydney,” said Made By The Hill General Manager, Simon Greally.

Designed by TomMarkHenry, the same team behind The Darlo Country Club and 1888 Certified, the venue boasts a Scandi inspired aesthetic with an open floor plan giving it a spacious feel.

“Made By The Hill will bring everything you love about the city – the boutique bars and lounges, mouth- watering food and trendy cocktails – straight to the heart of the west.”

The venue will offer a modern menu with fresh local ingredients, including gourmet cheese and charcuterie boards, salads and pizzas, all designed for the individual or to be shared. There’ll also be a bar serving up serve cocktails, craft beers and both local and international wines. Even the ever-reliable Chur Burger will be joining in on the fun, opening as part of the social space, along with Haberfield and Bondi pizza-focused institution Pasticceria Papa.

To celebrate the opening of Made By The Hill is throwing two launch parties on Friday 28th and Saturday 19th calling on Brisbane DJs Natalia and Stephanie Lampan to headline as well as Mell Hall, Minx and The Potbelleez.
