This Friday (8th April) burger purveyors Hashtag Burgers will be bringing one of the most consistently praised flipping businesses in town, Pub Life Kitchen, down to Orangeville Meat Co in Campbelltown for a one-day pop-up. They’ve shown love to the South-Western suburb before, creating enough demand to do it all over again but this time with an exclusive special burger designed by burger overlord Jovan Curic that will only be available at the event.
The unnamed burger creation for the event will have a dry-aged beef pattie with American cheese, fried chicken skin, McClure’s sweet & spicy pickles, and Lilly Q special sauce on PLK’s signature milk buns. There will be an optional add-on of bacon (because of course), with everything bar the cheese coming sourced from Orangeville Meat Co.
Available as a side will be PLK’s signature fries with “addictive crack seasoning” alongside award-winning beers and ciders from Sydney Brewery, pumped out of a mobile bar which has been set up for the event. Orangeville Meat Co. will also be getting involved, showing of some sweet, savoury, and bacony treats to go with that PLK burger.
Hashtag DJs will be on hand to soundtrack it all with their blend of funk, soul, and old school hip hop.
