Celebrated single malt scotch whisky Glenmorangie will be showcased over two days at QT Sydney as part of a special “after hours” tasting event this this month. After a successful stop-off at QT Melbourne earlier this month, the tasting event will be tempting both whisky connoisseurs and new-comers in Sydney with a focused, finessed showcase designed to complement or enhance the ever-growing appreciation of whisky which regularly drives at the forefront of this city’s rich and diverse bar scene.
The dimensions of two different blends, Glenmorangie Original and Glenmorangie Signet, will be the focus of each night, explored and highlighted with a whisky masterclass and food pairing at Gowings Bar & Grill. Guests will also be learning how to heat, strain and bottle their own personalised concoction mixed with the brand’s signature Glenmorangie Original.
This civil whisky appreciation night will then turn into a more experimental showcase, where guests will be given headphones as they are taken through the Signet Sonic & Sweets program, which is a deconstructed tasting of the prestigious Signet – Glenmorangie’s oldest and richest expression – paired with specialised music and complementary desserts.
