Craft beer will be brewed on-site at Sir Chapel, the latest food providore to join the line up for the highly anticipated Tramsheds Harold Park precinct. The new heritage-listed dining destination is just over a week away from finally becoming a reality, ready to offer the likes of Sir Chapel which will be standing alongside the likes of Belles Hot Chicken and Osaka Trading Co as one of the European inspired food hall’s signature offerings.
Sir Chapel is a bistro and brewery concept brought to Rozelle by founder and owner Tom Chidiac (The Naked Duck in Darling Quarter) who has expressed a dedication to high quality food paired up with Australian craft beer favourites, and exclusives brewed on-site in a traditional copper brewhouse. To do this he has brought on a dedicated brew team, all of whom will be roaming around keen for a chat and pairing recommendation.
“We are excited to launch our new concept at Tramsheds, side by side with some of the most exciting and revolutionary food providores around”, said Chidiac. “Developing the concept and menu for Sir Chapel has been a really exciting process”.
While there’s no official word as to what to expect from the bistro-style dining menu, we think it’s a sure thing the food will be designed to pair perfectly with the various craft beers available.
Tramsheds will open to the public on Thursday 22nd September at 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge. More information can be found HERE.
