The Hunter Culinary’s annual Food Fight is back for 2016 (Hunter Valley)

Hunter Culinary is holding it’s 7th annual Food Fight, which will bring selected master chefs  together to go head to head in a high stakes cook off.  The event will also see Sydney’s formed three-hatted Banc restaurant revived, as four of it’s former chefs reunite as a competing team.

With two teams competing in the cook off, guests attending the event will be treated to an entree, main, dessert and to top it off, premium Hunter Valley wines will be on offer. Guests will be asked to vote on each dish, which will determine the winning team.

Team Banc will include renowned chefs Colin Fassnidge of 4Fourteen, Matt Kemp of Q Station, Warren Turnbull of Chur Burger and Justin North of Hotel Centennial. Team Brett Graham is the second team in the Food Fight, featuring Troy Rhoades-Brown of Muse Restaurant and Muse Kitchen, Chris Thornton of Restaurant Mason, Garreth Robbs of Bistro Molines and Josh Gregory of EXP.

All proceeds of the event will be donated to the Brett Graham scholarship, which supports young chefs by offering them the opportunity to work with Graham at his Londin Michelin starred restaurant The Ledbury.

The Food Fight will be taking place on June 6 at the Cypress Lakes Resort. For further ticket details, head here.
