Veuve Clicquot is staging a bubbly takeover at Hilton Sydney for the next two months

Hilton Sydney have partnered up with Veuve Clicquot for to stage a bunch of “Yellow Hour” pop ups throughout the lush CBD property, presenting a number of specials each day between 5pm and 7pm Tuesday 13th February to Sunday 15th April. Zeta Bar, Marble Bar, and glass brasserie will each be flecked by yellow hues to highlight the happy hour(s) with their own curated menus celebrating the famed Champagne, and there will also be a pop-up Champagne Suite – the first of its kind in Australia – featured in the hotel.

All three venues will be offering up Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for $20 per glass or $120 bottle during the two hour stretch, while Zeta Bar will also throw a bunch of cocktails into the mix, each for $15 and each highlighting a different way to enjoy the bubbles.

Both Zeta Bar and Marble Bar will be offering up some specially crated bites as well, including potato shoestring fries with parmesan cheese and black truffle mayo, freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, homemade salmon fish cakes with dill mayo, and Korean fried chicken bites with fries and sweet & spicy sauce.

Over at glass, the restaurant and bar will be showcasing two different Veuve Clicquot tasting plates as well as some pairing specials like kingfish sashimi with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV, and $5 oysters.
