A new trailer for Doctor Strange has dropped, and it’s magical

The big reveals from San Diego Comic Con keep coming, and the latest (and one of the most talked about at this stage) is the second trailer for Marvel’s Doctor Strange – the next film to be released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch as the titular character, alongside the likes of Tilda Swinton and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and already caused quite a stir with its magnificent debut trailer back in April. This epic, mind bending trailer gives us a lot more information about the film than the original trailer did, debuting the full cast and adding a lot more “magic” to the equation. Expect a few Matrix and Inception memories as you watch it, and get excited for the film’s release, which is now just three months away.

As with Kong: Skull Island, the trailer reveal was also accompanied by a new poster, which you can check out below:

The poster is the first to feature the new Marvel Studios logo, which was also revealed during Marvel’s SDCC event.

Doctor Strange is due to hit Australian cinemas on 27th October 2016, a week ahead of its US release.
