Finalists announced for ACMI’s most competitive Screen It competition yet

Finalists have been announced for ACMI’s most competitive Screen It Competition to date. The 2016 moving image competition received a record-breaking 587 entries for this year’s theme ‘Mystery’, from 2,521 budding filmmaker, animators, and game designers across Australia.

“We are so very impressed with the inventiveness and quality of entries and congratulate all entrants,” said ACMI Education Manager, Christine Evely.

“We enjoyed discovering the creative ways in which the theme of Mystery ignited imaginative storytelling among a new generation of moving image artists. We wish our finalists the best of luck in the lead up to the announcement of the 2016 winners.”
