Gamescom 2017: Ubisoft reveals a stylish new cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Origins

While Assassin’s Creed: Origins may have been revealed at this year’s E3, that didn’t stop Ubisoft from showing us yet another fresh look at the newest Assassin’s Creed entry.

While the newest trailer is purely cinematic, it offers an insightful look into the dangerous world of Origins. While it’s not footage we’ll see in game, the trailer sets a bold, yet stylish tone all set to Leonard Cohen’s “You Want it Darker”. As seen in previous Assassin’s Creed titles, Origins will introduce real life historical figures such as Cleopatra and Mark Anthony, the Roman conqueror. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Assassin’s Creed: Origins will release on Playstation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC on October 27, 2017.
