hayu arrives for Foxtel subscribers

Consider yourself a reality TV junkie? Are you a Foxtel subscriber? If you’ve said yes to both, then you’re in for a treat.

Foxtel announced on Tuesday that customers who are subscribed to the network with an additional subscription package including the channel E! Entertainment Television* will be able to access the new NBC Universal International’s new all-reality subscription video on-demand (SVOD) service hayu.

This means customers can enjoy titles from the streaming service such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real Housewives (US versions), Million Dollar Listing and Top Chef franchises, along with series such as I Am Cait, The Millionaire Matchmaker, Made In Chelsea and Shahs of Sunset.

Hendrik McDermott, SVP, Branded On-Demand, NBCUniversal International said: “Having only just launched in Australia in March, we are delighted to now make hayu directly available to Foxtel subscribers. Through this collaboration with our long-term platform partner in this market, we are one step closer to our goal of enabling the widest possible audience of reality fans to access this immersive SVOD service on the broad range of devices they use daily.”

hayu is now available to Foxtel subscribers with the Entertainment Plus pack*, or packages that include the channel E! Entertainment Television, at hayu.com/foxtel.

*Not available to Optus TV, Telstra T-Box or Foxtel Business customers. Available until 31 May 2017 to only Foxtel residential customers who receive E! channel on the following packages: Entertainment Plus, My Escape, Drama & LifeStyle, Laughter and Living as well as Entertainment on Foxtel Play. If you downgrade from any of the above packages or cancel your Foxtel subscription you will no longer receive access to hayu as part of your subscription. ISP and data charges apply.
