Just days after David Bowie passed away suddenly from cancer at the age of 69, the great British actor Alan Rickman has been taken from us at the same age, by the same curse. An honourable mention also must go to another voice role – as the Blue Caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. Rickman will return to this role in Through the Looking Glass, which looks set to serve as his final on screen (ish) performance. It comes out later this year.
