Though it’s just 30 seconds, there’s a new international TV spot for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice revealing a heap of new footage that further shows the intense battle between these two iconic superheroes. There’s that certain feeling of darkness and doom to it as well, indicating that The Dark Knight Returns may have been used as part of the film’s source material.
We get some fresh new dialogue and some new footage to help us try piece together what we can expect come March 2016, when this highly anticipated film is finally released and we get to see what happens when these two clash.
Henry Cavill reprises his role as Superman in the film, with Ben Affleck jumping into the bat suit. Jesse Eisenberg will portray legendary villain Lex Luthor and the whole thing will be directed by the very capable Zack Snyder.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will open in Australian cinemas on 24th March 2016
