Patsy and Eddy are coming to Sydney and Melbourne for special Ab Fab screenings

Australian Absolutely Fabulous fans have plenty to celebrate at the moment. The iconic characters are not only back for a special big screen adventure, but the stars behind the film are going to be coming to Australia.

Patsy and Eddy (Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders), will be walking down a fabulous red (or perhaps gold, if the UK premiere is anything to go by) carpet with two events: one in Sydney at the State Theatre on July 31st and one in Melbourne (Village Crown on August 2nd).

Based on the initial trailer, the film seems to revolve almost entirely around the accidental murder of Kate Moss. Because of course it does, sweetie darling. And we can’t wait to see it.

Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie had its gold carpet premiere last week in the UK, and hits Australian cinemas on August 4th.
