Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege: Starter Edition is now available exclusively on Uplay

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Starter Edition is available to download! Ubisoft has announced that the game is available as a Uplay exclusive, setting PC players back a mere AU$19.95. The Starter Edition provides full access to the game, instantly unlocks up to four operators, and provides players with 600 R6 credits, but you will need to create a Uplay account if you want to play.

The Starter Edition gives players all of the content available in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege including PVP, Terrorist Hunt, and single player Situations content.

The starter Edition will give players instant access to:

  • Two operators randomly selected from a pool of operators including Rook, Sledge, Ash, Fuze, Mute and Smoke, who are intuitive to play for newcomers.
  • 600 R6 Credits to spend on two additional original operators or additional in-game content
  • All other operators, including post-launch operators from JTF2, Navy SEALs, BOPE and upcoming CTUs, will be un-lockable.

All eleven original maps will be included as well as free post-launch maps, all weapons and attachments, and full game progression without any level cap. 

Players can also get excited about Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition. Previously only available for digital download, the Gold Edition will also be available in retail on October 6. The Gold Edition includes the full game content as well as all of the content included in the season pass.
