Watch: The Empire State Building illuminated with light and music for The Greatest Showman

The Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. has recently presented a music-to-light show choreographed to the song “This is Me”, created by Academy and Tony Award-winning songwriting duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (La La Land, Dear Evan Hansen) featured in the upcoming film The Greatest Showman.

The show was designed by renowned lighting designer Marc Brickman, and premiered at 8:30 p.m. EST on Saturday, December 9, 2017. Actress Keala Settle performed the song “This is Me” as she did in the film, while the Empire State Building illuminated the city of New York behind her. The performance was live-streamed on the Empire State Building’s YouTube channel and social media platforms, but you can check it out for yourself right now below.
