Christmas time is only about five months away and what a perfect way to anticipate a comedy film like no other, The Night Before. Directed by Jonathan Levine (50/50 & The Wackness), The Night Before tells the story of three childhood friends: Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Isaac (Seth Rogan) and Chris (Anthony Mackie).
Each year, for the past decade, their reunion with each other consists of a night filled with an over-indulgence of sex, drugs/alcohol and partying. As they all enter adulthood, they make their last night count by going through a series of obstacles, trials and misfortunes in efforts to find the Nutcracka Ball – the Holy Grail of all holiday party celebrations.
The cast of the film implies that this film is worth keeping on your radar with the trailer showcasing comedic antics that may be enjoyed by fans of Harold and Kumar and The Hangover franchises.
