Things over at Warner Bros. and DC aren’t as peachy as we would like them to be but that doesn’t mean that that Diana, princess of the Amazons isn’t about to tear the screen up this coming June. Find out just how much in the explosive new Wonder Woman trailer.
Written by Allan Heinberg & DC alumni Geoff Johns, Wonder Woman tells the origin story of out titular hero. When a US pilot named Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) lands on Themyscira, he informs Diana (Gal Gadot) of WWI, currently taking place and she sets out to help end it, becoming Wonder Woman in the process.
Directed by Patty Jenkins (Monster), Wonder Woman is the last film in the DC Extended Universe before the team up film, Justice League due out in November.
Wonder Woman will release in Australian cinemas on June 1.
